Monthly Meetings

Join us every 4th Monday to share and learn about quilting. Meetings are held at 400 N. Main St. Joshua, Tx. at 7pm. We have a potluck dinner that starts at 6:30 before every meeting. This gives our members time to visit with each other and share what they have been doing for the past month.

Sew Days

Participate in our dedicated sew days for fun and collaboration with fellow quilters. We have a once a month sew day during the week at a local church to allow our members time to get together and work on projects. Occasionally we will do a group project that is planned ahead of time. We also do an annual sew day at RedBoot Retreat for an all day Sew day. This is usually planned in advance and is open for 30 people to attend.

Quilt Shows

Attend our upcoming quilt show in September 2025 showcasing member creations and talents, plus numerous vendors. Plus classes by Leo Ransom will be offered both days for an additional cost. Details to come soon!

Retreats

Once a year we have an annual retreat. This year it will be to Redboot Retreat in Hillsboro, TX. We are looking into making this a twice a year event based on participation level in the guild. There is enough room for 30 people to attend and its open to guild members only. Everyone always has a wonderful time. There are raffle prizes, classes and other fun activities while at the retreat. Plus lots of time to get to know fellow members outside of meetings.

Quilts of Valor

Every year we have a Quilts of Valor Wrapping Ceremony where we honor veterans who have served our country through different branches of the military. We have quilts that are made by our members and have wrapped numerous vets. The Ceremony is followed by refreshments with families and our regular meeting after.
